1. Scope of Work

Each project will follow the scope discussed before starting, including:

• Video type (Short-form / Long-form / Reels / YouTube)

• Approximate duration

• Editing style (clean cuts, motion graphics, captions, sound design, etc.)

• Final video delivery only
  Project files are not included unless clearly agreed in advance.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including videos, visuals, motion graphics, designs, and text — is owned by Akshay Singh unless stated otherwise. Final delivered videos belong to the client, but edits may be showcased in my portfolio unless explicitly requested not to.

3. Payment Terms

• An advance payment (30%–50%) is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.

• Final files will be released only after full payment.

• Delays in payment may result in delays in delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets for project completion. Delays in communication may affect timelines.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a project has started, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case. For cancellations, please contact us immediately to discuss options.

6. Turnaround Time

• Delivery timelines start after receiving:

• Advance payment

• Complete footage and clear brief

• Delays caused by late client responses or missing assets may extend the delivery timeline.

7. File Storage Policy

• Final project files are stored for up to 7–15 days after delivery.

• After this period, files may be deleted.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

8. Monthly Plan Benefit

If a client purchases a one-month service plan, a 30% discount will be applied to the total service price. This discount is applicable only for the first month.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of those changes.
